Accessing Pattern Files
Once you complete your purchase, your download link is emailed to you automatically. However, the email with the download link can get filtered out of some inboxes. We apologize for the inconvenience. Check your spam/trash folder. Note that spam folder results do not come up when searching your inbox. If you use Gmail, it might have gone to your Promotions folder or Social folder. If you still don’t have your email with the download links, just reach out to us at support@helensclosetpatterns.com so we can send you your pattern files directly.
You can also access your pattern files through your account if you have one. Log in to your account and see all past purchases and pattern files. If you would like to create an account and connect your past purchases to it, reach out to us at support@helensclosetpatterns.com and we would be happy to help!
