Happy Wednesday, and welcome July! This is going to be a fun week at Helen’s Closet; we start our Donovan Sewalong this week! We will be starting the sewalong on Thursday, July 4, and we hope you will follow along with us. You can view the schedule for the Donovan Sewalong here.

We all love an Ogden Cami hack, and this peplum Ogden hack from The Quirky Peach does not disappoint! I especially love the angled front detail. 

Cookin’ and Craftin’ tried the new Pietra Pants, and they are so chic and streamlined.

Nikki from Tilly & the Buttons shared these amazing 70’s-inspired Jessa Trousers

The Petite Passions made the cutest rayon Penny Dress! It’s such a classic and pretty design. 

I Love You Sew sewed such a nice Holly Jumpsuit. The fit is spot-on. 

The Ravel Out made the summer dress of her dreams by simply lengthening the peplum on a top pattern and adding waist ties- so creative.

The Creative Curator published the ultimate guide on how to read sewing patterns. I wish I’d had this when I was learning to sew!
