Ultimate Sweatsuit (Hudson and Linden)

Well, it is that time of year folks! It has been raining for what feels like 2 weeks straight and I am stuck inside my poorly lit apartment for my blog photos. Luckily, this week I have something to share that I only wear at home and it has been my work uniform since I made it a few weeks ago. I am trying to embrace my desire to wear comfy things while working from home and not getting down on myself about looking put together or 'dressing for work'. I work hard no matter what I'm wearing so if it's cold and rainy outside, there should be no shame in bundling up in the ultimate sweatsuit! Hudson pants and Linden Sweatshirt This sweatsuit is made from the True Bias Hudson Pants and the Grainline Linden Sweater. I have made adjustments to both patterns to achieve this look, so I will go through those in this post. The grey fabric used is a jogging fleece that is quite thick and soft and cozy on the inside. I was a little worried it would be too thick, but I actually love how it turned out! The black accents are made from sweatshirt ribbing and the black sleeves are Black bamboo french terry. Hudson pants and Linden Sweatshirt I squeezed this Linden out of the leftovers from my Hudsons so I improvised a bit by shortening the body of the already slightly cropped view of this pattern. It is quite short, but with the Hudsons sitting high it looks really cute. I found it hard to avoid wavy seams with this jogging fleece and rib knit so I am living with the results. This is my home wear anyways! I knew I would need more room because of the thick fabric I chose, and I really didn't want these to be tight. They are loose and cozy and super nice to throw on when it's cold!
