It is a particularly happy Wednesday today, makers! Today marks the 100th Wednesday Weekly roundup! Its been just about 2 years since I started the Wednesday weekly back in 2o15 (you can check out the very first one here). My goal from the beginning was to create a news resource for the sewing community where you can find out about pattern releases, community events, and, of course, admire each other's makes! I have always tried my best to share new blogs that I find so we can all continue to expand our networks and connect with each other. I also love sharing other indie designers patterns when they come out. It can be hard to get the word out about new patterns and I feel this kind of news outlet it important to have. Recently, I added the community section of the Wednesday Weekly for sharing more sewing challenges and events that are happening so we can all join in! It has been a wonderful two years of sewing roundups and I plan to continue!
Thanks so much to you all for reading the Wednesday Weekly and supporting me with your lovely comments and encouragement for this segment over the past two years! I love making it and I'm glad to know you enjoy reading it, too.
