Wednesday Weekly #122

Happy Valentines Day! I hope you are all getting lots of love today, be it from your partners, pets, family, or the sewing community. My partner, Sam, is out of town this week so I am flying solo, but I have exciting plans to watch the Bachelor with friends and work on my knitting project. I am making progress on the hat that we are knitting in my class, but I have to say that it is humbling to be a beginner at something! There are SO many mistakes in my first project and it is taking every fibre of my being to resist ripping it out and starting over. I know that I need to leave perfectionism at the door in order to learn, so I am really trying to push on. My next projects will be better and I am finally feeling like I know how to knit! Wednesday Weekly News (clockwise from top left) Sew Over It released the Clara blouse. Emerald Erin released two patterns, the Jordie Bralette and the Tuesday Boyshorts. Itch to Stitch released the Visby Henley top. Wardrobe by Me released the Love Yourself underwear collection. Makes Unchas Unchas made a fantastic pair of overalls. How incredible does Vatsla look in her maternity photoshoot? That dress is stunning. This Luzerne Trench Coat from Applybymakes is beautiful inside and out. These culottes from Bon Courage are everything I want in pants right now. Resources Contrado shares various machine stitches and what they are for.
