The Sewcialists are conducing their own Grade My Size Survey for curvy sewists! The results will help maintain a living database of measurement information for all pattern-makers to use if they wish. It will help us all to make more informed pattern-making decisions!

Did you know that February is National Embroidery Month? Diary of a Sewing Fanatic made this gorgeous embroidered Dover Jacket. The fabric is really striking!

Love You Sew turned out this chic floral Archer Shirt.

Sie Macht Sewing wants us to connect with our inner Rainbow Brite (but not dress like her) with this guide on how to sew rainbow clothes without looking like a child.

IndieSew wrote this super useful tutorial on how to hem a shirt with bias tape- this is a very handy trick to have in your toolkit, especially for curved hems and arm openings (like the York Pinafore).

There are a lot of options when choosing a needle for knits- thanks to Last Stitch published this guide to sewing machine needles for knits.
